Milton Mercantile is an adaptive reuse project located along Milton Ave just south of Grant Park. Our work on this project included planning, zoning, and architectural and structural design services using a light touch to preserve building’s historic features and appeal. The interior will be home to craft production and retail stalls serving the community and the Atlanta metro. In Phase 2, site work will expand the development to include more outdoors spaces for users.
