The Pursell Family has been in the business of growing for more than 100 years. Their story begins in 1904 with the founding of the Sylacauga Fertilizer Company. By the end of the 20th century, the company, Pursell Technologies, had developed innovative technology that revolutionized the agronomy industry. The company had also moved to scenic Pursell Farms.

On the farm, David Pursell, the third generation of family leadership, had a visionary idea: to invite the product’s end users (golf superintendents) to see the product firsthand. To achieve this, the family built FarmLinks in 2002 as “the world’s only research and demonstration golf course.” Today, Pursell Farms has evolved into a premier regional family farm resort available for retreats, leisure getaways and weddings. Gamble and Gamble, along with Valor Hospitality and HGOR Land Planning, are working collectively on a series of new buildings and places that will transform Pursell Farms into a truly legendary guest experience.

Chastain Preserve is a master planned neighborhood designed, with the community involvement, to integrate into its surroundings both aesthetically and in regards to scale of individual homes. Abundant green space with native trees and topography will be an important feature of this new neighborhood as a positive addition to this well-established, ever improving community.

St. Augustine Oceanfront Development is a master planning project prepared for the City of St. Augustine for a 1.8 acres site. The design consists a vacation residences of 3 building types: condo flats, condo townhomes, and condo duplexes with public amenities such pools and cabanas along with a pedestrian connector systems, sidewalks and a boardwalk. The project’s concept utilizes New Urbanism planning principles and pragmatism.

McDonough master plan is a concept for a residential subdivision over 24 acres site in Atlanta’s Thomasville Heights. The design consists of 82 single family homes on 7,500 sf lots along a 50-unit townhome community with an emphasis on green space, light, and air.
